- Choose images and wording to best represent your club

Rotary emphasizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within clubs. Evaluating your club’s diversity involves assessing its reflection of the community’s ethnicities, ages, professions, and gender balance. This evaluation helps identify underrepresented groups and develop strategies to address these gaps. Equity is crucial; it ensures that all members receive the support needed for equal experiences.
To make our evaluation efficient and effective, the following process is suggested;
