籽橋社聯同維港扶輪社及香港青年協會合辦第一屆職場「有SEN有識」體驗工作坊,工作坊超過30人參加,當中包括僱主及青年學員,工作坊目的透過體驗活動,讓僱主體會與一批有特別學習需要青年相處,從中體會他們的潛能,從而達到真正共融工作文化,亦讓青年踏入職場前過渡適應,打破心理的障礙。

Learning Bridge Association , in collaboration with Rotary Club of Victoria Harbour and The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups , organized the first ” Workplace Diversity & Inclusion “workshop. The workshop was attended by over 30 participants, including employers and neurodivergent youths. The purpose of the workshop was to provide employers with the opportunity to interact with a group of youths allowing them to recognize their potential and promote a truly inclusive work culture. It also aimed to help young individuals transition into the workplace and overcome psychological barriers.
