Retention & Engagement with our Alumni

Rotary Club of Harmony and Prosperity Hong Kong
The District Alumni Committee, a sub-committee of the District Membership Committee, focuses on the retention of Past Alumni in Rotary-associated programmes and tries to bring them back to our Rotary Family through different kinds of engagement.
Our Alumni includes Past Rotaractors, Interactors, Past RYLArians (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) and Participants of various Rotary Programmes, such as Youth Exchange, Peace Fellowships and Scholarships etc.
As District Governor Nigel mentioned, Enhancing Participants’ Engagement would be our priority to drive retention. In the upcoming year, our team will adopt a participant-centered approach to design programmes to engage with our Alumni with an ultimate goal to bring our Alumni back to our community, or moving up the ladder within our Rotary Community.
With a large population to serve, this year, our team will focus on the succession of Rotaractors, whether they are university-based Rotaractors to succeed to Community-based, or Rotaractors succeed as Rotarians.
In order to achieve our goals, We would:
We have a strong team in cultivating this experience for our Alumni, with diverse backgrounds consisting of Rotarians and Rotaractors.
