Greetings, Fellow Rotarians and Friends!

As we step into the Rotary year 2024-25, I’m honored to serve as your District Governor for Rotary District 3450, covering Hong Kong, Macau, Guangdong Province, and Mongolia. This year’s theme, “Magic of Rotary,” celebrates the transformative power of our collective efforts and the positive change we bring to communities worldwide.

Together, we’ll focus on the Rotary Action Plan:

🌍 Expanding Our Reach
🤝 Enhancing Participant Engagement
🔄 Increasing Our Ability to Adapt

A strong Rotary District relies on robust clubs and engaged members. This year, we’re emphasizing strengthening clubs, retaining members, and recruiting new members.

We’re also launching the Mental Health+ Initiative to raise awareness and support those affected by mental health challenges especially the youth and caregivers.

Special thanks to our Immediate Past District Governor, Andy Li, for his unwavering dedication. Let’s continue building on the strong foundation laid by our past leaders.

Your support to The Rotary Foundation is crucial for tackling humanity’s most pressing challenges. Together, we can create a brighter future for generations to come.

In this divided world, we need Rotary more than ever. Together, let’s continue to preserve our planet, create hope and peace, and foster unity across cultures and regions.

一個成功的扶輪地區全賴穩健的社務發展和全情投入的社員。今年，我們將會致力於各社的拓展、社員的挽留和新社員的招募。

我們亦會推出「精神健康+計劃」，讓受到精神健康問題影響的人士得到更多的關注和支援，特別是年輕人的情緒問題和長期患者的照顧者亦需要別人的關注。

特別鳴謝前任地區總監Andy Li，感謝他一直努力不懈，貢獻良多。歷屆總監為我們打下了穩固的基礎，現在就讓我們一起努力，更上一層樓。
