This is also an opportunity to think about how a Rotary \/ Rotaract Club engages fellow Rotary and Rotaract members through their professional skills or vocations, and how they bring Rotary\u2019s ideals into their workplace. Recipients embody Rotary\u2019s motto \u201cService Above Self\u201d and Rotary\u2019s ethical guideline in its 4-way test, a call to moral excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size coblocks-animate wp-elements-1d36d77f4e960ddd6e9fad2a282fda6f wp-block-paragraph\" data-coblocks-animation=\"fadeIn\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An eligible candidate for the awards must be nominated by a Rotary Club or Rotaract Club in District 3450. The eligible candidate shall be an individual who exemplifies outstanding commitment to his, her or their business or profession, over a significant number of years, leaving a lasting positive influence on his, her or their vocational area and the community in general. Rotarians, Rotaractors and non-Rotarians are eligible to be nominated for the awards. Each Rotary Club or Rotaract Club can make two numbers of nominations, one for Rotarian \/ Rotaractor and the other one for non-Rotarian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size coblocks-animate wp-elements-e5a807f23d7ce13582511a6584d84174 wp-block-paragraph\" data-coblocks-animation=\"fadeIn\"><strong>Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates must have exhibited significant support of vocational service by fulfilling each of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exemplifying integrity and high ethical standards in their vocation and inspire others to behave ethically through his\/her own words and actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using their vocational talents to serve the community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personally undertaking at least two of the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attending District Vocational Services Forum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentoring a young person to help that person succeed in vocational pursuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing a vocational service discussion or group workshop to inspire others to take action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teaching other club members about their vocation by giving a talk at the regular meeting or inviting member prospects to speak at regular meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in a business networking event that introduces non-Rotarians to the principles of vocational service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing an activity to celebrate Vocational Service Month in January<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in another vocational service project that meets local needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing vocational service activities for the purpose of membership recruitment and public image promotion of Rotary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size coblocks-animate wp-elements-e2b41ed2c09f1159fe544d68ac56da1d wp-block-paragraph\" data-coblocks-animation=\"fadeIn\"><strong>Selection procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Rotary Club must complete this nomination form and submit the completed nomination form to RIC of District 3450 by email <a href=\"mailto:ric@ric3450.org\">ric@ric3450.org<\/a>. Nominations must be received at RIC of District 3450 no later than <strong>[31 March 2025]<\/strong>. A certificate will be sent to the Rotary Club for the recipient by [11 April 2025].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size coblocks-animate wp-elements-9153cd2d96bbacd4284cb03f3e7245f3 wp-block-paragraph\" data-coblocks-animation=\"fadeIn\"><strong>Presentation of awards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. DG Awards of Vocational Service Excellence presented by each nominating club<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The candidate nominated by a Rotary \/ Rotaract Club must be prepared to be available to deliver a keynote address at the regular meeting of the nominating Rotary \/ Rotaract Club by [30 April] 2025. Each candidate will receive the DG Awards of Vocational Service Excellence prepared by District Vocational Services Committee for presentation by the nominating Rotary \/ Rotaract Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.District Awards of Vocational Service Excellence presented at District Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amongst all candidates nominated by Rotary \/ Rotaract Clubs, District Vocational Services Committee would make recommendations to DG for the two awardees of District Awards of Vocational Service Excellence, one for Rotarian \/ Rotaractor and the other one for non-Rotarian. The District Awards of Vocational Service Excellence will be presented at the District conference of District 3450 in [May] 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the awards have been class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7e3d\u76e3\u5609\u8a31\u5353\u8d8a\u6276\u8f2a\u8077\u696d\u670d\u52d9\u734e\u65e8\u5728\u8868\u5f70\u570b\u969b\u6276\u8f2a3450\u5730\u5340\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u5ee3\u6771\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u548c\u8499\u53e4\uff09\u7684\u6276\u8f2a\u3001\u6276\u9752\u793e\u54e1\u548c\u975e\u6276\u8f2a\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u8077\u696d\u53d6\u5f97\u5353\u8d8a\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u4e14\u5229\u7528\u8077\u696d\u6280\u80fd\u8d85\u8d8a\u4e86\u81ea\u6211\uff0c\u70ba\u793e\u5340\u505a\u51fa\u91cd\u5927\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u9019\u4ea6\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u601d\u8003\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\/\u6276\u9752\u793e\u5982\u4f55\u900f\u904e\u793e\u54e1\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u6280\u80fd\u6216\u8077\u696d\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u5176\u4ed6\u793e\u54e1\uff0c\u628a\u6276\u8f2a\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u5e36\u5165\u8077\u5834\u3002\u7372\u734e\u8005\u9700\u8981\u5145\u5206\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u6276\u8f2a\u7684\u300c\u8d85\u6211\u670d\u52d9\u300d\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u56db\u5927\u8003\u9a57\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u6e96\u5247\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size coblocks-animate wp-elements-95c61926b7fd54182c280d494b97720f wp-block-paragraph\" data-coblocks-animation=\"fadeIn\"><strong><strong>\u8cc7\u683c<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u5fc5\u9808\u7531\u570b\u969b\u6276\u8f2a3450\u5730\u5340\u7684\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u6216\u6276\u9752\u793e\u63d0\u540d\u3002\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u9700\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8077\u696d\u9818\u57df\u548c\u793e\u5340\u5e36\u4f86\u6301\u4e45\u7684\u6b63\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6276\u8f2a\u3001\u6276\u9752\u793e\u54e1\u548c\u975e\u6276\u8f2a\u4eba\u58eb\u90fd\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u7372\u5f97\u734e\u9805\u7684\u63d0\u540d\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u6216\u6276\u9752\u793e\u53ef\u63d0\u540d\u5169\u500b\u5019\u9078\u4eba\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u70ba\u6276\u8f2a\/\u6276\u9752\u793e\u54e1\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u70ba\u975e\u6276\u8f2a\u4eba\u58eb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size coblocks-animate wp-elements-3331af0cf82c4810acaaebade7d4f76f wp-block-paragraph\" data-coblocks-animation=\"fadeIn\"><strong><strong>\u6e96\u5247<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u5fc5\u9808\u6eff\u8db3\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5404\u9805\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u5c0d\u8077\u696d\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5728\u5176\u5c08\u696d\u4e2d\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u6b63\u76f4\u548c\u9ad8\u9053\u5fb7\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8a00\u884c\u6fc0\u52f5\u4ed6\u4eba\u9075\u5b88\u9053\u5fb7\u898f\u7bc4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5229\u7528\u8077\u696d\u624d\u80fd\u670d\u52d9\u793e\u5340<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u89aa\u81ea\u5be6\u884c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u81f3\u5c11\u5169\u9805\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u4e2d\uff0c\u5730\u5340\u8077\u696d\u670d\u52d9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5411\u7e3d\u76e3\u63a8\u85a6\u5169\u540d\u7372\u9812\u5730\u5340\u5353\u8d8a\u6276\u8f2a\u8077\u696d\u670d\u52d9\u734e\u7684\u5f97\u734e\u8005\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u70ba\u6276\u8f2a\/\u6276\u9752\u793e\u54e1\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u540d\u70ba\u975e\u6276\u8f2a\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u5730\u5340\u5353\u8d8a\u6276\u8f2a\u8077\u696d\u670d\u52d9\u734e\u5c07\u65bc2025\u5e745\u6708\u5728\u5730\u5340\u5e74\u6703\u4e0a\u9812\u767c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
