{"id":403,"date":"2024-07-26T06:09:44","date_gmt":"2024-07-26T06:09:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dg-newsletter2425.rid3450.org\/?p=403"},"modified":"2024-07-26T06:09:53","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T06:09:53","slug":"services-information-from-victoria-harbour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dg-newsletter2425.rid3450.org\/?p=403","title":{"rendered":"Services information from Victoria Harbour"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center coblocks-animate\" data-coblocks-animation=\"fadeIn\"><strong>Services information from Victoria Harbour<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7c7d\u6a4b\u793e\u806f\u540c\u7dad\u6e2f\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u9752\u5e74\u5354\u6703\u5408\u8fa6\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c46\u8077\u5834\u300c\u6709SEN\u6709\u8b58\u300d\u9ad4\u9a57\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u8d85\u904e30\u4eba\u53c3\u52a0\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u50f1\u4e3b\u53ca\u9752\u5e74\u5b78\u54e1\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u76ee\u7684\u900f\u904e\u9ad4\u9a57\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u8b93\u50f1\u4e3b\u9ad4\u6703\u8207\u4e00\u6279\u6709\u7279\u5225\u5b78\u7fd2\u9700\u8981\u9752\u5e74\u76f8\u8655\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e2d\u9ad4\u6703\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6f5b\u80fd\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9054\u5230\u771f\u6b63\u5171\u878d\u5de5\u4f5c\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u4ea6\u8b93\u9752\u5e74\u8e0f\u5165\u8077\u5834\u524d\u904e\u6e21\u9069\u61c9\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u5fc3\u7406\u7684\u969c\u7919\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learning Bridge Association , in collaboration with Rotary Club of Victoria Harbour and The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups , organized the first \u201d Workplace Diversity &amp; Inclusion \u201cworkshop. The workshop was attended by over 30 participants, including employers and neurodivergent youths. The purpose of the workshop was to provide employers with the opportunity to interact with a group of youths allowing them to recognize their potential and promote a truly inclusive work culture. It also aimed to help young individuals transition into the workplace and overcome psychological barriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
