Rotary International has created a wallet card for print out and be kept in your wallet. It can be a valuable resource for Rotary clubs in District 3450 when speaking to prospective members who want to learn more about Rotary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u64c1\u6709140\u842c\u71b1\u5fc3\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u5168\u7403\u7db2\u7d61,\u4ed6\u5011\u81f4\u529b\u89e3\u6c7a\u793e\u5340\u5167\u6700\u9811\u56fa\u7684\u96e3\u984c,\u540c\u6642\u900f\u904e\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u806f\u7e6b\u767c\u5c55\u5c08\u696d\u548c\u9818\u5c0e\u6280\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retention & Engagement with our Alumni <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rotary Club of Harmony and Prosperity Hong Kong<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The District Alumni Committee, a sub-committee of the District Membership Committee, focuses on the retention of Past Alumni in Rotary-associated programmes and tries to bring them back to our Rotary Family through different kinds of engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Alumni includes Past Rotaractors, Interactors, Past RYLArians (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) and Participants of various Rotary Programmes, such as Youth Exchange, Peace Fellowships and Scholarships etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As District Governor Nigel mentioned, Enhancing Participants\u2019 Engagement would be our priority to drive retention. In the upcoming year, our team will adopt a participant-centered approach to design programmes to engage with our Alumni with an ultimate goal to bring our Alumni back to our community, or moving up the ladder within our Rotary Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a large population to serve, this year, our team will focus on the succession of Rotaractors, whether they are university-based Rotaractors to succeed to Community-based, or Rotaractors succeed as Rotarians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
