Mental Health Awareness Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mental Health Awareness Day was successfully held on October 12, 2024. This event was created to echo World Mental Health Day, which is designated on October 10 each year to raise awareness of mental health around the world and mobilize efforts in support of mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event was organized by 7 Rotary Clubs in Area 3 of District 3450, including Rotary Clubs of Uplift Actions Hong Kong, Hong Kong Island East, Hong Kong South, Hong Kong Northeast, Hong Kong Harbour, Happy Valley and The HUB Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 speakers were invited to share different views on mental health, including insights on mental health, importance of communication, the road to recovery from depression, personality traits, children’s mental health, how to motivate yourself out of rock bottom and positive mentality in face of economic downturn. Various workshops were also held for participants to learn how to alleviate stress through arts and crafts. The all-day event, held at the 1\/F Event Space at Central Market, attracted hundreds of participants to the speaker sessions and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mental health is an important aspect worldwide which is often being neglected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is only the beginning. We look forward to organizing more activities to raise awareness of mental health in the community and make this world a better place through the Magic of Rotary!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u95dc\u6ce8\u65e5\u65bc2024\u5e7410\u670812\u65e5\u6210\u529f\u8209\u8fa6\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u547c\u61c9\u6bcf\u5e7410\u670810\u65e5\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u7cbe\u795e\u885b\u751f\u65e5, \u63d0\u9ad8\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u5c0d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u52d5\u54e1\u5404\u65b9\u52aa\u529b\u652f\u6301\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u662f\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u7531\u570b\u969b\u6276\u8f2a3450\u5730\u5340\u7b2c\u4e09\u5730\u57df\u7684\u4e03\u500b\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6bb7\u67cf\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u6771\u5340\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u5357\u5340\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u6771\u5317\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u6d77\u6e2f\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u3001\u5feb\u6d3b\u8c37\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u53ca\u6e2f\u532f\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u5011\u9080\u8acb\u4e86\u4e03\u4f4d\u8b1b\u8005\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u95dc\u65bc\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5c0d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u898b\u89e3\u3001\u6e9d\u901a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3001\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u5eb7\u5fa9\u4e4b\u8def\u3001\u4eba\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u3001\u5152\u7ae5\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u6fc0\u52f5\u81ea\u5df1\u8d70\u51fa\u4f4e\u8c37\u3001\u7a4d\u6975\u5fc3\u614b\u9762\u5c0d\u7d93\u6fdf\u4f4e\u8ff7\u7b49\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u8209\u8fa6\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\uff0c\u8b93\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u5b78\u7fd2\u5982\u4f55\u900f\u904e\u85dd\u8853\u548c\u624b\u5de5\u85dd\u4f86\u7de9\u89e3\u58d3\u529b\u3002 \u662f\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u65bc\u4e2d\u74b0\u8857\u5e02\u4e00\u6a13\u6d3b\u52d5\u5834\u5730\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u6578\u767e\u540d\u5e02\u6c11\u53c3\u8207\u8b1b\u8005\u5206\u4eab\u6703\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7d93\u5e38\u88ab\u5ffd\u8996\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u9762\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
